My Story

​

 

I was born in Mexico City and moved to Florida when I was 4 years old. I was raised in Palm Beach county, on a farm, where there were horses, goats, chickens, cats and deer too. We have a small farm and homestead. I developed a deep love for animals and my compassion and love grew from there.

I knew I was destined to into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. My interest in helping others grew into my passion for the mental health industry and eventually evolved into a career as a Licensed Mental Health counselor. Christ as the center, has allowed me make a difference in the lives of others. I take a non-critical approach in helping people sort through problems they face in their lives.  My beliefs also make me genuinely committed to the wellbeing and success of my clients. No two people are alike, which is a beautiful thing. I cater my clients treatment plan specifically to their counseling needs.

 I have a genuine love for others , and I work diligently to help guide my clients to the answers they are seeking. 

 

Therapy should not always be serious and rigid. It can be light, fun and humor is always a good tool to use during therapy sessions and life!
